When will my order ship?
Most orders are packed and shipped the next business day. Please note that our warehouse is closed on weekends so any order placed on Friday will ship on Monday.
These shipping timelines only apply if the item you ordered is in stock and we experience no problems in processing your credit card or validating your address.
* If an item is on backorder, you will be notified by e-mail after you place your order and an estimated shipping date will be provided.
How do you ship?
We ship via UPS and the U.S. Postal Service. Most orders are shipped out of our warehouse in Florida, and shipping times will vary based on your location. As a rough estimate, here are estimated delivery times if your order is shipped via UPS Ground:
Eastern Time Zone: 2-4 days
Central Time Zone: 3-4 days
Mountain Time Zone: 3-5 days
Pacific Time Zone: 4-5 days
Please be aware that these are only estimates and not guaranteed by UPS or The Gourmet Kitchen. Upon request, we can confirm delivery dates via UPS on the phone.
Do you ship to APO Addresses?
Yes. APO shipments are sent via USPS and otherwise handled just like any other domestic shipment.
How are shipping fees calculated?
Shipping fees are calculated by our shopping cart and factor in both the weight of the item and the distance it must travel. We strive to provide reasonable shipping fees and have negotiated discount rates due to our high UPS shipping volumes.
Can I expedite shipping if I need my item ASAP?
Yes. We offer air-delivery options in addition to ground, and these options are presented during the checkout process.
How do you handle International Shipments?
At this time, we ship only to addresses within the continental United States. We are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories, or international destinations, although we hope to expand our delivery area soon.
